IO-Flasher Pro – STM32

IO-FLASHER PRO – STM32 Developed in India with the help of STMicroelectronics India. IO-FLASHER PRO – STM32 is a programming tool for STM32 series microcontroller with on-chip memories like FLASH, EEPROM, and Option Byte etc. IO-FLASHER PRO – STM32 is designed to flash the target device in Stand Alone Mode or Host Controller Mode.

❖ Standard Programming Connector:

Standard 6-Pin SWD connector compatible with STMicroelectronics STM32 Eval board programming connectors.

❖ Offline Mode:

Stand-alone SWD programmer (Once set up, Flasher can be controlled without the use of PC software). Programming starts with a simple button press. Encrypted programs can be saved in IO-Flasher Pro – STM32.

❖ Online Mode:

Programming can be done directly from IO-FLASHER GUI.

❖ Dual Mode:

While IO-FLASHER is configured as offline mode. It can be still used in online mode for the same or different firmware code.

❖ Limit Counter:

Limit counter can be set to stop offline programming after the counter is reached.

❖ Serial Number Programming:

Any serial number can be programmed to the target MCU with automatic incrementing.

❖ Password Protection:

You can protect your programmer with a password to prevent reading, erasing, or rewriting. This will also prevent the Limit Counter status.

❖ Manufacturer Data Programming:

Data like Production Batch number, Lot Number, Manufacturing date, Model number can be programmed to each target MCU.

❖ Encryption Key Programming:

Up to 5 true random encryption keys of size 128bit, 192-bit, or 256bit can be generated and stored in MCU memory for IoT Applications.

❖ Interactive Programming:

LCD display Programming status, Number of chips programmed. Error codes and meaning on that error code.

❖ Gang Programmer Mode:

Multiple programmers can be configured as a gang programmer ensuring a unique serial number for each production device.

❖ LCD Display:

IO-Flasher PRO– STM32 has an interactive LCD Display.

❖ Programmable Power Output:

No power supply required, Powered through USB. Target board can be powered from IO-FLASHER. Output voltage can be adjusted from 0 Volt to ~5Volt depending on the selected target device (up to 200mA to target with overload protection).

❖ Target Power Sensing:

If the target is self-powered or powered from IO-FLASHER, then it can be measured by the IO-FLASHER.

❖ In-built Protection:

All external ports are protected with ESD, Short circuit, and over current. Isolation is available in the Isolated version of IO-FLASHER (e.g., IO-FLASHER Pro -STM32/ISOL).

❖ Programming Options:

Have many programming options to program Flash, EEPROM, Option memory with an auto-lock feature.

❖ Supported Devices:

Will support all STM32 devices. The current version supports below families: STM32F0, STM32F1, STM32F4, STM32L4, STM32G0, STM32G4.
